At Heroes Aid, we’ve partnered with Inspire Workplaces to provide dedicated wellbeing resources and 1:1 counselling services for Frontline Healthcare workers across Ireland. Generous donations to Heroes Aid have made this service available free to service users of Heroes Aid.
This support is independent, confidential and free to members of Heroes Aid. It includes access to a range of wellbeing services, including: a 24hr Freephone helpline, counselling services, online wellbeing support tools and specialist wellbeing information.

The Heroes Aid Wellbeing Hub provides access to a range of online information, guidance, screening and intervention tools tailored to help care for your individual wellbeing. The hub will guide you through evidence-based self-assessment to personalised wellbeing reports with recommendations for proactive next steps.
Bespoke tools and resources include: Guided self-assessment via iHelpr chatbot, Self-Help courses and Digital intervention tools, a ‘5 ways to Wellbeing’ database, a Wellbeing information library, bibliotherapy, a Mood Tracker and information relating to wellbeing and COVID-19.

At any time, you can access our Freephone helpline for support, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and if you need to, we can arrange an appointment with one of our accredited counsellors.
Our counsellors will help you to receive the support that’s right for you. Where counselling is the best option, sessions can be arranged to suit you and where social distancing measures apply, these can be delivered via telephone or online. Our counsellors are fully qualified to help you with a broad range of issues, including: personal and work-related issues, stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships and family issues.
